Treat yourself to a tray of chic cuisine at Mada One, a new addition to One Monte-Carlo. It’s an original concept restaurant by Marcel Ravin offering fast, healthy and sophisticated snacking options all day long. Like the Mad’Day tray for example, which is the star of the Mad’Midi* offer. Here, “ready-to-eat” is the order of the day for a relaxed working lunch in the Carré d’Or, only a stone’s throw from the Place du Casino.

Le Vistamar, a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, is home to one of the most beautiful terraces in Monaco. Enjoy your business lunch here with the added bonus of incredible views across the bay. The light, refined Business Lunch menu* offers diners the choice of dishes from the sea, from the farm, or from the Mediterranean garden, all accompanied by a glass of wine recommended by the head sommelier. There’s no set midday menu at the chic, convivial Crystal Bar at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, but rather a host of classic dishes* ranging from vitello tonnato, fillet of bream and beef or fish tartare to asparagus vinaigrette.
