“Madame” Entremet wins 2022 Easter Competition

The 2022 Easter Entremet Competition took place at One Monte-Carlo, with a judging panel comprising both customers and industry professionals.
The competitors – all members of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group – rose to the occasion, presenting original and complex creations in all the rainbow colours of Easter.
But it was “Madame”, the light, airy work of Giuseppina Castiello, demi chef de partie at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, which met with the judges’ unanimous approval!
This exquisite strawberry and rhubarb-flavoured dessert celebrates the feminine, promising the perfect after-dinner or tea-time bite – a standout sweet experience!
Its elegance and refinement come to the fore in the intricate detailing of the nest-shaped mould, with this dainty appearance reflected in its light, sophisticated and fragrant flavour, and a rosy exterior instantly evoking a feminine romanticism and delicacy.
