Standing proudly on the Place du Casino, the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, an iconic brasserie awaits you for dinner on December 31 with a unique menu accompanied by musical entertainment and for a New Year's lunch and dinner on January 1, in a breathtaking and prestigious setting.

The finest meats and fish (accompanied by a glass of champagne) are prepared with direction from Dominique Lory. The day after, the hotel welcomes you for an equally refined New Year’s lunch.

Book a table at one of our bistro establishments and you can be sure of an elegant but relaxed gourmet New Year's Eve. Start the evening on New Year’s Eve with a convivial aperitif at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo’s Crystal Bar. A cocktail and a few canapes later, move on to dinner at Le Limùn, where there is a special New Year's Eve menu.

Celebrate the turning of the year in the chic yet warm atmosphere of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. From 6pm, the Blue Gin welcomes you into a magical holiday setting inspired by the North Pole, at the pop-up Blue Ice. A spectacular fireworks display will be fired from the terrace at midnight. For dinner, the restaurant L’Orange Verte has a unique menu which blends the classics and the ingenuity of chef Marcel Ravin.
