Key information
Check-in: available from 3pm on the day of arrival. (4pm in peak season).
- Early check-in: If you wish your room to be available in the morning, you must book and pay for the night before your arrival.
- Luggage: Our concierge service can hold your luggage if your arrival is scheduled before this time.
- Access to outdoor areas: The sandy lagoon and outdoor areas are available to access from 3pm (4pm in peak season). If privatised or required for an event, Management reserves the right to modify the times at which the outdoor areas, swimming pool and sandy lagoon are available without prior notice.
Check-out: guests should leave before 12pm.
- Late check-out: An extra charge of 50% of the nightly rate will be charged for check-out until 3pm, and the full nightly rate after 4pm (subject to availability and hotel approval).
Requirements
- As stipulated by Monaco’s authorities, you must show ID for yourself and those traveling with you.
- Please note that minors must also show proof of identity (and family ties if the last names differ).
